What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Research and resolve patient accounts in a timely manner
- Follow-up on claim submission, remittance review, and disputed balances
- Utilize computer systems and resources to navigate accounts and resolve issues
- Maintain clear and concise documentation in the patient accounting system
- Identify and communicate issues and opportunities for improvement

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Thorough understanding of the revenue cycle process
- Intermediate skill in Microsoft Office
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Above average analytical and critical thinking skills
- Minimum of 1-4 years of medical claims and/or hospital collections experience
