      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Supervise and lead Patient Account Representatives, ensuring performance management metrics are met
      - Interview, hire, train, and schedule staff while monitoring adherence to time and attendance protocols
      - Develop and implement action plans to address performance deficiencies and optimize efficiency
      - Communicate effectively with staff, management, and clients, responding to requests and resolving issues
      - Conduct performance evaluations and facilitate regular feedback sessions with team members

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School diploma or equivalent education
      - 4-7 years of experience in healthcare accounts receivable management
      - Advanced knowledge of UB-04, EOB interpretation, CPT, and ICD-9 codes
      - Strong leadership skills with a proven track record in supervisory roles
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in healthcare financial services or managed care environments
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word
      - Ability to provide advanced customer service and training to staff
      - Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build a cohesive team
      - Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and healthcare compliance
