Qualifications
Minimum Required: High School Diploma or GED. Preferred: Associate's Degree. | LICENSE & CERTIFICATION: N/A. | Minimum Required: 3 – 5 years of relevant experience in Revenue Cycle and/or Epic Revenue Cycle applications.
Responsibilities
Assists the manager in all daily payment activities associated with the health systems accounts receivable. Responsible for posting payment remits electronically and manually to patient accounts. Assists the manager with completing work queue assignments, balancing the payments received and researching problem accounts.
Revenue Cycle Performance: Take part in improving Revenue Cycle performance and accounts receivable management.
Productivity: Meet or exceed productivity targets
Quality Reviews: Meet or exceed established quality review metrics
Other duties as assigned: Complete miscellaneous tasks as needed to assist the department.
