      Job summary

      We have 3 vacancies at 25 hours per week. The working pattern will be Monday to Friday 5 days per week with a combination of starting at 7.45 a.m. and finishing at 6.30 p.m. and a Saturday morning 8.45 a.m. to 1.15 p.m. within the reception rota (pro-rata).

      We are a professional and friendly GP Practice looking after around 13,500 patients based in the Wednesfield/Bushbury area.

      Main duties of the job

      What Youll Be Doing:

      • Welcoming and assisting patients both in person and over the phone
      • On line triage, scheduling appointments, updating records, and handling enquiries with empathy and professionalism
      • Liaising with clinical staff to ensure a smooth patient journey
      • Care Navigation, offering guidance on services, referrals, and next steps in care

      What Were Looking For:

      • A confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
      • Be computer literate and ideally have experience of clinical systems.
      • Someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and keeps their cool under pressure
      • A team player with great attention to detail and IT confidence

      Previous experience in a healthcareand have experience in customer service within a General Practice environment.

      It is essential for the successful candidate to be flexible and be adaptable to a changing and busy environment.

      There is an expectation to cover for annual leave/sickness purposes and this could be at short notice.
