- Direct patients to Dr First Telephone triage lists for GP appointments
- Make all appointments for all extended staff members
- Registrations of new patients computer data entry and medical records
- Process patients changes of address computer data and medical records (have knowledge of practice area)
- Process repeat prescription requests in accordance with practice guidelines
- Have working knowledge of telephone/bleep system, during and after hours
- Ensure building security have thorough knowledge of doors/windows/alarm
- Any other tasks allocated by managers

About us
We are an expanding practice, with a list size of 13,500 patients.
Our current clinical team consists of 6 GP partners, 7 salaried GP's, a nursing and phlebotomy team. We have a team of 7 receptionist and a management and administration team.
Both the clinical and admin teams work very closely with one another trying to provide the best possible care for our patients.
