This customer service facing position interacts directly with internal and external customers (patients, physicians, caregivers, colleagues, leaders, etc.) to answer questions, resolve issues, provide education and demonstrate the organization’s values. The primary function is to provide a seamless onboarding experience for patients. This role requires independent and self-directed performanc e, a working knowledge of insurance, health care, processing of new referrals, customer service, communication , problem solving and time management.

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$17.00 - $28.45This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
