What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Perform clinical management and refill setup activities for specialty patients under the supervision of a licensed pharmacist
- Communicate with patients, caregivers, and medical staff to ensure accurate patient information
- Complete prescription intake and maintain patient accounts using electronic methods
- Make outbound and receive inbound calls from patients and medical professionals
- Provide excellent customer service, maintaining a professional image in all interactions
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School diploma or GED
- Pharmacy technician certification is preferred
- Prior specialty healthcare experience is preferred
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Suite
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
