      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Greet all visitors to the clinic in a friendly and welcoming manner
      - Schedule new referrals received via fax or telephone from patients and physician offices
      - Verify insurance coverage for patients and collect payments due at the time of service
      - Maintain an orderly and organized front office workspace
      - Collaborate with the Clinic Director to implement efficient clinic procedures

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or equivalent
      - Strong communication skills to relate well with Business Office and Field leadership
      - Ability to multitask and maintain organizational detail while meeting deadlines
      - Efficient time management and presentation skills as a team member
      - Capability to work with little to no supervision

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in a healthcare-related role or patient care environment
      - Familiarity with practice management software or electronic health records
      - Background in customer service or office administration
      - Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
      - Willingness to attend required training sessions and compliance training
