What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the single point of contact for patients enrolled in the support program and their prescribing physicians
- Conduct welcome calls to gather patient information and introduce them to program offerings
- Inform patients about available services such as case management support and financial assistance
- Advocate for patients by exploring funding options and managing documentation for reimbursement processes
- Collaborate with other team members to address patient concerns and ensure effective service delivery

What is Required (Qualifications):
- College Diploma or University degree is required
- 2-3 years of experience in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry, preferably with patient interaction
- Experience with drug reimbursement plans in public and private sectors
- 2-3 years of experience in a Customer Service or Call Centre setting
- Bilingualism (French & English) is required
