What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide direct patient care in a dialysis center setting
- Monitor patients before, during, and after dialysis treatment
- Build long-term relationships with patients receiving treatment
- Educate patients on kidney dialysis related topics
- Work as part of a cross-functional team under the supervision of a registered nurse
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Comfortable working with blood and needles
- Physical and mental ability to work long hours on your feet
- Willingness to train and work across multiple clinics
- Health care experience a plus (e.g., BONENT Certified, CHT, CNA, CMA, Phlebotomy certification)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 0-2 years of healthcare-related service experience
- Additional certifications in the healthcare field
