- Acts as member of a multidisciplinary team that identifies and addresses patient care needs.
- Assists in completion of activities of daily living, mobilization, admit/discharge and obtaining vital signs.
- Updates and retrieves patient information. Ensures patient environment is maintained in a clean, safe and orderly manner.
- Acts as part of an assigned care team.

Function: Provides patient care services as assigned by a registered nurse.
Scope: Impacts patient comfort and outcome of care.
Essential Job Functions:
Education Required: High school diploma or equivalent. Must pass pre-employment skills test as required and administered by Human Resources.
Experience Required: None.
Experience Preferred: One year of patient care experience in a hospital setting.
Licenses/Certifications Preferred: CNA License.
