- Completion of Patient Concierge training as nominated by manager required

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience as CMA/RMA, MOA, or in a call center environment
- Demonstrated adherence to minimum position quality metric goals for 6 consecutive months
- One year in a Patient Connection Specialist position meeting all quality and patient experience targets
