      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Answer calls for multiple service areas using a telephone answering platform while adhering to protocols
      - Maintain expert knowledge of database applications while ensuring patient privacy
      - Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals and metrics
      - Facilitate patient requests safely and efficiently
      - Utilize active listening and critical thinking skills to identify caller needs and process calls accordingly

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
      - Minimum of one year of experience in a medical office or healthcare setting preferred
      - Superior customer service skills and/or call center experience preferred
      - Proficiency with computer applications, including Microsoft Office and CRM software
      - Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience working with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) software
      - Knowledge of the principles of growth and development relevant to patient populations served
      - Previous experience in a healthcare-related customer service role
