What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Place and receive phone calls to/from patients to gather payments for medical expenses
- Collect demographic, insurance, and other relevant patient information, documenting accurately in internal systems
- Educate patients on the healthcare revenue cycle and available repayment programs or incentives
- Utilize technology platforms and web-based tools to resolve patient inquiries
- Maintain knowledge of processes and procedures for various clients of the employer

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be available for training Monday-Friday from 11:00 am to 3:00 pm for approximately 7-8 weeks
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service role
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a call center environment
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in medical/insurance coding and billing preferred
