What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide diabetes self-management education and training to diabetic patients
- Conduct meter training sessions and assess ongoing training and support needs for diabetic patients
- Assist pharmacists and certified diabetes educators with patient survey questions
- Achieve stated goals and objectives as outlined by management
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all regulatory requirements

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School diploma or GED
- Basic understanding of diabetes and diabetic care
- Completion of AADE training for a paraprofessional level II
- Ability to engage patients in meaningful conversation
- Compassion for and desire to work with patients
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in diabetes care or related healthcare services
