      • JOB SUMMARY
        • The Patient Experience Representative serves as the welcoming face of MHSC, providing a warm and supportive first point of contact for patients, families, and visitors entering the hospital. This role is responsible for greeting guests with professionalism and kindness, assisting them with inquiries, offering clear guidance, and ensuring they reach their destination with ease – all while upholding strict confidentiality standards to protect patient privacy.
          Employees in this role embody MHSC’s commitment to Person-Centered Care, acting as liaisons who foster a compassionate and engaging environment. By creating a welcoming and reassuring experience, they help cultivate a hospital atmosphere that prioritizes patient well-being, caregiver support, and community connection.
      • JOB QUALIFICATIONS
        • Education:
              • High School diploma or GED.

        • Job Knowledge and Skills:
          • The Patient Experience Representative independently carries out responsibilities with minimal supervision, demonstrating strong initiative and reliability in a dynamic healthcare environment. This role requires exceptional communication skills and a genuine commitment to providing outstanding customer service, ensuring patients, families, and visitors feel supported and valued. Additionally, the ability to remain composed and make sound decisions in high-pressure situations is essential, contributing to a positive and efficient care experience for all.
