      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Oversee accounts receivable activities for third-party payors across multiple network hospitals
      - Supervise and manage staff productivity, quality, and attendance
      - Ensure appropriate work assignments are included in daily work lists
      - Collaborate with various internal departments and external payers
      - Consistently promote the hospital's mission and themes of respect and engagement

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma
      - Minimum of two years of progressive work-related experience
      - Thorough working knowledge of CPT and ICD-9 coding
      - Prior supervisory experience
      - Knowledge of New York State third-party regulations

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Associate's degree or equivalent
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Word and Excel
