What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Coordinate patient intake process, ensuring timely admissions and clearances
- Serve as the primary liaison with referral sources, clinics, and discharge planners
- Obtain necessary patient information for admissions process
- Maintain accurate documentation in Salesforce and EMR systems
- Collaborate with multiple departments to successfully place patients in preferred clinics

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma required; Associate’s Degree desirable; Bachelor’s Degree strongly preferred
- 2-4 years of related experience
- Excellent sales & customer service, communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to enter information accurately into a database system
- Working knowledge of standard office applications

- Experience with Salesforce and EMR systems
- Familiarity with insurance verification processes
- Ability to handle escalations and collaborate effectively with supervisors
- Adaptability to change and support new policies and procedures
