      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as the primary liaison for patient admissions, coordinating with referral sources and clinics
      - Obtain necessary demographic, financial, and clinical information to ensure timely patient placement
      - Manage case loads efficiently while utilizing Salesforce CRM for tracking and documentation
      - Assist in the admissions process by completing preliminary paperwork and ensuring compliance with regulations
      - Collaborate with various departments to resolve issues impacting the admissions process

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma required; Associate’s Degree desirable; Bachelor’s Degree strongly preferred
      - 2 – 4 years of related experience in a customer service or sales role
      - Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
      - Detail-oriented with the ability to accurately enter information into a database system
      - Proficient in standard office applications, including email, word processing, and spreadsheets

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with Salesforce or other Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems
      - Proven ability to adapt to changing policies and procedures positively
      - Strong problem-solving skills and resilience in overcoming objections
