      In this role, you will drive the growth of the Diabetes Business by increasing the conversion opportunities of people with Diabetes to Medtronic therapies, as well as designing and executing strategies to maximize the therapy outcomes and satisfaction of PwD (People with Diabetes) using Medtronic devices.

      Medtronic Diabetes Operating Unit want to simplify patients’ life reducing burden through the best therapy experience, delivering state-of-art solutions thanks to a full portfolio of technologies and services.

      A Day in the Life

      • Lead the Diabetes Patient Marketing towards human centered, innovative, upskilled and more consumer oriented and customer centric Marketing excellence.
      • Develop and own the local patient marketing strategies, communication plans and lead the development or localization of the campaigns, toolkits and tactics to support it to meet organizational objectives.
      • Be accountable to drive Medtronic Diabetes brand awareness ensuring sentiment and customer perception develop tangibly to facilitate loyalty and acquisition.
      • Own the strategies and day to day channel management operations of the patient channels developed to ensure user satisfaction and therapy success.
      • Lead EMEA (Europe Middle East and Africa) Patient Market and Customer Insights in the area of support, services, retention and acquisition.
      • Develop deep knowledge of market attractiveness, competitive landscape & market analytics in the different markets.
      • Lead the Patient marketing team composed of 2 marketing talents.
      • Identify new growth opportunities and recommend product/process/service enhancements.

      Must Haves

      • Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science degree in marketing or relevant domains
      • 7+ years professional experience in Marketing driving demand in consumer or consumer healthcare environment
      • 3+ years of people management experience
      • Fluency in English written and spoken
      • Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills
      • Good understanding of Digital / Social marketing principals
      • Ability to build interdependent partnerships that cooperate across functions and geographies
      • High sense of urgency, enthusiasm and passion, good ability to look at things from different prospectives and to influence the environment with a positive attitude, bringing people along the defined strategy

      Nice to Haves

      • Solid experience in a large corporate environment with a significant matrix culture
      • Experience in the patient’s associations cooperation
