      Description:

      • Exhibits proficiency in all aspects of scheduling
      • Registers outpatients by obtaining necessary, accurate financial and demographic information.
      • Consistently exhibits excellence in patient/customer service.
      • Demonstrates knowledge and ability to operate various types of office equipment.
      • Consistently completes all assigned tasks.
      • Consistently meets department call center metrics.
      • Works as a positive team member to support and increase overall efficiency of the department.

      Minimum Qualifications:

      • One year of college required; two years preferred or equivalent work experience in healthcare setting.
        Excellent Customer Service Skills
      • Patient registration & insurance verification require
      • Knowledge of Call Center phone systems preferred
      • Working knowledge of medical terminology is required.
      • Proficiency in computer skills and experience with computerized scheduling system is required.
