      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage and coordinate patient placement from external and internal sources
      - Facilitate collaboration between departments and healthcare providers for timely admissions
      - Conduct documentation and tracking in electronic medical records
      - Monitor patient flow and bed availability to ensure efficient operations
      - Communicate with referring sites and provide necessary information for patient transfers

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Associate's or Vocational degree
      - 2 to 5 years of experience in the healthcare field, including familiarity with medical terminology
      - 2 to 5 years of computer skills
      - Ability to work evening shifts and every other weekend
      - Strong communication and coordination skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree
      - Experience with Epic / Excellian electronic medical records
      - Previous experience in patient placement or hospital admissions
