What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide excellent customer service and product information to patients and providers
- Create a positive, patient-centric environment by addressing complaints and implementing preventative measures
- Review patients' orders and documentation to ensure compliance with health insurance plans
- Develop business relationships within the field leadership through collaboration and communication
- Perform other duties as required
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school degree or equivalent
- 1-3 years of experience in the healthcare/health insurance industry desired
- Patient-focused and action-oriented mindset
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Passionate about health and well-being
