      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Coordinate and manage the physician peer review process, including scheduling and documentation
      - Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to ensure adherence to quality and safety standards
      - Lead initiatives to address quality issues by developing and implementing corrective action plans
      - Serve as a liaison between physicians, administration, and clinical departments on quality matters
      - Participate in committees focused on quality, safety, risk, and patient experience

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or a related field; equivalent work experience will be considered
      - Minimum of 3 years in a healthcare quality management role, preferably in an outpatient imaging or radiology setting
      - Experience coordinating physician peer reviews is preferred
      - Strong understanding of clinical quality and safety standards
      - Excellent communication and collaboration skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) certification is preferred
      - Experience in risk management activities and incident reporting
      - Familiarity with OSHA compliance and infection prevention practices
      - Background in conducting safety event reviews and follow-ups
      - Previous involvement in quality improvement initiatives
