What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Coordinate discharge and secure nursing and delivery for new patients
- Obtain all required documentation for new referrals
- Assist patients with upfront payment and financial assistance programs
- Ensure clean claims and denial management
- Support Patient Registration Supervisor and Manager with special assignments
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of two years of related experience
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality
- Strong customer service skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous healthcare/medical billing experience preferred
