- Collaborate with other departments, including nursing, medical staff, leadership, decedent affairs, billing, quality, medical records, compliance, safety, patient experience and ethics to address the needs of our patients and their families.
- Manage all incoming and potential concierge member sales enrollments
- Coordinate with clinical leadership and site managers to assist with on-boarding and closure of physician panels and office locations throughout area
- Manage member and prospective member communication, marketing, and events to generate revenue
- Assess the effectiveness of campaigns, marketing resources and physician utilization in relation to membership growth and retention
- Creation and management of all member communication, internal and externally, working closely with marketing and leadership to align 360 goals with Inova’s mission, vision, and values.
- Develop strategies and goals to increase physician panels
- Increase member retention through creation and implantation of membership retention committees, Patient Access Associate (PAA) training summits and continued patient access education.
- Attend, organize, and represent Inova 360 and its programs at community and Inova sponsored events
- Provide education and onboard new PAA to program
- Assisting current member with program navigation as well as specialty referrals
- Assist new physicians, their team, and patients with understanding our program benefits, enrollment, and marketing process
- Prepare and submit regular reports as required by management.
- Act as the primary point of contact for patients and members, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Provide insight to possible solutions to trends in patient and member issues.
- Provide notary services for patients and families.
- Maintains the confidentiality of patient records and information.
- Work Schedule: Full-Time, Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
- Education: Bachelor’s degree
- Experience: 2 years of healthcare experience
- Certification: Certified Notary Public within 3 months of hire
- Experience with operations of membership or program services, including onboarding, renewals, and retention strategies
- Experience with care coordination and support for VIP or concierge patients/members
