What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Coordinate investigations into product complaints and author comprehensive reports
- Maintain the Technical Complaint System and act as the main contact for customer complaints
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to investigate root causes and recommend corrective actions
- Conduct statistical analyses to identify trends and drive quality improvements
- Prepare and distribute complaint reports to senior management and participate in audits
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Engineering, or related field from an accredited institution
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in the pharmaceutical or medical device industry
- Proven experience in complaints handling and root cause analysis methodologies
- Strong understanding of Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs) and FDA regulations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite applications and Veeva Vault or related systems
- Knowledge of medical terminology
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with quality management software and statistical analysis tools
- Demonstrated leadership and project management skills
