      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Schedule complex exams with meticulous attention to detail
      - Provide exceptional customer service by managing incoming phone calls and contacting patients to determine exam times
      - Obtain and verify necessary demographic and insurance information for scheduling
      - Screen and verify information to ensure accuracy during the scheduling process
      - Utilize multiple computer applications and scheduling software to manage exams across the UHealth system

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or equivalent required
      - Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role
      - Ability to learn new procedures, technologies, and protocols, and adapt to changing priorities
      - Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective interaction with colleagues and stakeholders
      - Proficiency in using office software and relevant computer applications

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in a healthcare-related scheduling role
      - Familiarity with medical terminology and scheduling protocols
      - Proven ability to manage high call volumes
      - Demonstrated teamwork skills and collaboration in a professional environment
