      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide exceptional patient experience by effectively scheduling appointments and procedures
      - Validate prior authorizations, certifications, and referrals prior to scheduled procedures
      - Coordinate admission paperwork and pre-operative tests as directed by surgeons
      - Manage scheduling for complex surgical procedures and communicate requirements to the operating room
      - Address patient complaints and ensure comfort during wait times

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or equivalent
      - Minimum of 18 months experience in a clinical setting
      - Familiarity with CPT and ICD-10 coding
      - Ability to function under pressure while maintaining professionalism
      - Must pass EPIC competency for registration after completing Epic Clerical Training class

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous one-on-one experience with surgeons
      - Strong organizational skills and ability to manage conflict effectively
      - Willingness to participate in wellness activities and programs
