- Answering Multiple Phone Lines
- Provide Accurate and Complete Information to Billing Office
- Insurance Verification
- Ensure Accuracy of Patient Data Entered Into System
- Process Requests and Filing of Patient Records
- 1-4 Years Experience in Medical Office Setting or Hospital
- Experience with Insurance Authorizations and Verification
- Ability to Handle Heavy Patient Volume
- Strong Customer Service, Communication and Computer Skills
- Ability to Multi-Task
- Medical Terminology Knowledge
- Medical Assistant Certification is a plus
- Bilingual is a plus

Touchstone Medical Imaging is seeking a full-time, customer service-oriented professional for our medical front office position at our Richardson, TX location.
The Patient Service Representative will assist patients with check in, check out, insurance verification, and appointment scheduling.
Shifts Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:30pm and 1-2 Saturdays per month from 7:30am - 2:00pm (Additional $2.50 per hour shift differential on Saturdays)
