- The distribution of meals and drinks including water jugs, cooking of meals always maintaining hygiene standards.
- The after-meal cleaning service, washing-up and using steriliser.
- Stock rotation and control.
- Working towards and completing your level 2 food hygiene certificate.
- Good level of general education
- Reasonable level of numeracy and literacy in English
