      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Greet and assist patients and visitors with a welcoming attitude
      - Maintain confidentiality while collecting and organizing patient and business documentation
      - Verify health insurance eligibility and provide relevant billing information to patients
      - Determine and collect patients' financial responsibilities transparently
      - Assist the practice manager and other staff to ensure smooth daily operations

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or equivalent; Medical Administrative Assistant certificate is a plus
      - At least 1 year of experience in a medical office or healthcare setting
      - Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and multitasking ability in a busy environment
      - Proficient computer skills, with experience in Electronic Medical Records (EMR) software; EPIC preferred
      - Flexibility to work 12-hour shifts, including weekends and holidays
