- DESCRIPTION OF POSITION
- Under the general and direct supervision of the Healthcare Center Manager, the Patient Service Representative provides clerical support for the clinic independently and with minimum supervision. Maintains all required records within the Electronic Medical Record System. Reports, coordinates and processes insurance information within the Insurance Verification Module.

- QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience in Ambulatory Care Clinics preferred.
- Related College Classes preferred.
- CPR Certification strongly recommended.

- Computer knowledge and clerical / business office functions.
- Ability to teach and direct other office personnel.
- Works effectively with others, possessing tact, discretion and diplomacy.
- Experience in Ambulatory Clinics preferred.
- Ability to follow directions accurately.
- Appreciation of and desire to be a part of a health care team dedicated to providing patients optimal care.
- Willingness to be flexible and adaptable.
- Maintains the Standards of Conduct.
- Possess the ability to use proper channels of communication.

Status: Part-time, Benefit-Eligible
Average Hours per pay period: 48 hours every 2 weeks
Actual pay will be determined by qualifications, experience, and internal equity.
