Job Summary:
The Patient Services Specialist – After Hours will provide outstanding customer service and product information to patients and providers. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring our patients feel heard, understood, valued, and connected with employer. Key responsibilities include:
- Evangelize our customers and turn disgruntled patients into loyal fans.
- Support Field teams, Operations, and Sales by providing timely feedback for exceptional patient experiences.
- Proactively identify and address common complaints to improve the patient experience.
- Champion the employee experience and drive our unique company culture.
- Support the development and implementation of employee programs that engage employees and foster a positive culture.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Act on behalf of the local branch offices after hours to handle urgent calls, troubleshoot equipment issues, and assist with new patient set ups.
- Develop strong business relationships with field leadership through collaboration and communication.
- Provide necessary support by routing and dispatching local technicians or respiratory therapists as needed.
- Demonstrate problem-solving skills by identifying trends and recommending preventative measures.
- Perform other duties as required.
Additional Information:
- This position requires frequent sitting or standing, repetitive wrist motions, grasping, speaking, listening, and close vision.
- Occasionally lifting, carrying, walking, climbing, kneeling, bending/stooping, twisting, pulling/pushing, and reaching above the shoulder is required.
- May involve lifting equipment up to 50 lbs.
