What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and implement role-specific onboarding and ongoing training programs for the Market Access Team
- Facilitate training sessions using various methods for new hires and existing staff
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align training programs with business objectives
- Analyze training gaps and propose enhancements to improve training effectiveness
- Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback and performance metrics
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare, pharmacy, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
- Proven experience in instructional design, adult learning principles, and training program management within the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective interaction with patients and healthcare providers
- Proficiency in e-learning development tools, CRM systems, and learning management systems (LMS)
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in patient support services within the pharmaceutical industry
- Strong training and facilitation skills with the ability to adapt to diverse learning styles
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical patient services, including case management and payer access processes
- Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to evolving training needs
- Ability to travel up to 40% based on business requirements
