What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Coordinate and oversee home-based orders to ensure customer satisfaction
- Assist with scheduling services and communicating with patients and ordering entities
- Provide ETAs and reschedule/cancel exams as needed
- Monitor operational metrics for all home-based services
- Answer incoming customer service orders promptly
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Ability to type 35-40 words per minute
- High School diploma or GED equivalent required
- Strong ethics, integrity, and accountability
- Solid problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Medical terminology/experience preferred but not required
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Associates Degree (B.A.) preferred
- Experience in a healthcare-related service
