Job responsibilities:
- Make and receive follow-up calls to and from medical equipment patients
- Solicit resupply of existing products from patients
- Provide best-in-class customer service via phone
- Convey information to patients in a clear and concise manner
- Navigate simple software programs and multiple computer applications
Key accountabilities:
- Collect information needed to complete an order for sleep therapy products
- Provide appropriate direction to patients based on their unique requirements
- Document results of calls and complete sales orders accurately and efficiently
- De-escalate patients through best practices
- Collaborate with other departments and clients to resolve patient issues
Required skills and qualifications:
- High school education required
- 1 year of customer service experience
- Strong communication skills on the telephone
- Excellent written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to make twenty to twenty-five calls per hour
- Must have high-speed internet
Preferred qualifications:
- Associates Degree and/or college coursework preferred
- Call center experience preferred
- Sales experience highly preferred
- Bilingual Spanish speaking is a plus
