      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Handle 75+ inbound calls per day from patients, clinical staff, and community members
      - Assist callers with scheduling, referrals, medication refills, medical advice, registration, and more
      - Utilize multiple software applications and chat channels for data entry and resource utilization
      - Provide excellent customer service and act as a patient advocate
      - Resolve and document patient issues and assist with daily paperwork load

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience
      - 2+ years of experience in a customer service-based role
      - Proficiency with Microsoft Suite and navigating multiple chat channels
      - Experience as a contractor placed at UHG or its subsidiaries/affiliates
      - Must be 18 years of age or older

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 1+ years of experience in a healthcare setting
      - Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish, Russian, Mandarin, Cantonese, Korean, or others
      - Ability to work any rotating 8-hour shift schedules, including holidays
