What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Direct the access support between patients and relevant stakeholders
- Oversee quality-control efforts related to Pharmacy interface with payers
- Manage patient status changes and follow-up with internal stakeholders
- Enforce Patient Support Program business rules
- Collaborate with Market Access to execute regional reimbursement patient educational events
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- 5+ years of commercial experience in Specialty Pharmacy and/or biotech/pharma
- Relevant experience in pharmaceutical patient access services
- Demonstrated ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Relevant experience with new product launches strongly preferred
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong customer and partner relationships
- Creative thinker with the ability to develop and execute plans effectively
