      Job Description

We are looking for an individual who will bring their passion, creativity, and analytical skills to our PSP team. You are someone who can be assigned an ambiguous task and put together a clear, organized plan to accomplish the task objective. You look at information and think, “this is how I’d organize it so it’s easy to understand and navigate for all users”. You have a unique and robust experience where you will help Team Lilly prepare for a launch, optimize our current business, and engage with our team members. You are someone who likes to work autonomously and thrives connecting in a busy team setting.

      Job Responsibilities:

      • Program Delivery: contribute to the delivery of PSP offerings in the Biomedicines portfolio including new offering preparation, project management, roll-out support, new training materials, CRM system support, patient material support, and other PSP responsibilities.
      • PSP Digital Enhancements: support the development and realization of our Digital roadmap and capabilities including dashboarding, insight generation through project prioritization, change management and implementation
      • PSP Special Projects: develop an understanding of Lilly’s PSP offerings and how teamwork is critical to making big things happen; collaborating with PSP owners and the internal cross-functional team, as well as the external vendor team, to achieve established objectives and accelerate timelines. Assisting with project management, communication, benchmarking, and documentation to stand up and breathe life into ongoing projects
      • Material Coordination: works with PSP team to ensure all PSP program materials are current. Update existing materials with design team, manage Veeva Vault submissions and approvals, oversee retirement and destruction of historical material, etc.
      • Other duties as assigned

      Qualifications and Experience:

      • Currently enrolled as a full-time student in an undergraduate program (e.g., Business, Health Science, Science, Computer Science preferred) or graduate studies (e.g., MBA, or MSc program) returning to full-time studies in the fall
      • Preferred 2-3 years of previous work or volunteer experience in a business environment, preferably in pharmaceutical, healthcare, insurance, or finance
      • Enjoys project management and learning about digital solutions within the health industry
      • An individual who has strong time management and communication skills (experience with Microsoft Office 365) who can work in a fast-paced workplace
      • Curious and willing to find solutions, not afraid to ask questions and explore new ways of doing things
      • The ability to concisely write emails and present to members of the organization (including leadership!)
      • Can work both autonomously and within a team depending on the projects and team needs.
      • Is not afraid to roll up their sleeves and pitch in to help the team move forward

What you can expect from the interview:

      • More than anything else, it is going to be a conversation.
      • Prepare to talk about both your resume and what interested you about the work we do
