      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Handle inbound patient calls, providing effective information and solutions regarding products and services
      - Maintain accurate data entry of patient demographics and validation of insurance coverage
      - Assess patient needs and provide timely, thorough responses to inquiries
      - Document all patient interactions and maintain compliance with regulatory standards
      - Coordinate delivery and setup of medical equipment and supplies, ensuring timely arrangements

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum educational requirement: High School Diploma or GED
      - Minimum of two years in a related administrative/customer service role or high-volume inbound call center, preferably in healthcare or medical office
      - Six months of experience working with healthcare insurance
      - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
      - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Associate's Degree in medical office management or a related field
      - Experience with insurance authorization and/or precertification
      - Knowledge of home health, durable medical equipment (DME), and enteral nutrition products
      - Previous call center experience
      - Strong written and verbal communication skills
