      • Working pattern/flexible working - We know flexible working is important to you, and it is important to us too. The Partnership has adopted a hybrid working approach meaning you'll be able to work a mixture between the office and home based upon your personal needs whilst balancing the needs of the business.
      • Salary range - The salary range for this role is set at £50,200 - £77,100
      • Contract type - This is a permanent role

      About the role

      This role sits in the Pay Compliance team, which ensures the Partnership’s continued compliance with statutory and regulatory pay obligations. You will support this by conducting the highest quality data and business analysis and developing recommendations where required.

      The role will require an ability to understand key relevant legislative and regulatory requirements in order to effectively apply this to the Partnership and analyse the impact of any regulatory changes. This will additionally require developing expertise in the Partnership’s technical payroll application and associated configuration.

      You will then go on to support the delivery of any necessary changes to ensure ongoing compliance.

      Essential skills you’ll need:-

      • Ability to identify regulatory and compliance requirements, provide practical context and support their implementation
      • Advanced data analytical skills combined with an insight to action mindset
      • Previous exposure to on premise or SaaS ERP solution, with knowledge of complex data structures and data mining capability
      • Strong communication and influencing skills; ability to distil and present complex information to suit audience at all levels
      • Good project management and process analysis skills
      • Solution oriented mentality, with reputation for acting with integrity and ethical decision-making
      • Self-starter and highly organised
      • Effective stakeholder management experience; proactive, personable approach with the ability to build relationships to implement change
      • Strong collaboration & ability to support others

      Desirable skills you could bring:-

      • Familiarisation with Workday SaaS solution
      • Familiarisation with regulatory landscape including NMW regulations
      • Prior exposure to compliance risk monitoring framework implementation
