      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from qualifying leads to closing deals to achieve sales targets
      - Conduct in-depth discovery calls to assess client needs and present relevant solutions
      - Collaborate with team members to share insights and submit qualified lead referrals for additional products
      - Utilize technology tools to track sales activities and forecast outcomes accurately
      - Maintain a positive representation of the employer to clients and the community

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma required
      - Minimum of 2 years of relevant sales or sales management experience, or equivalent education and experience
      - Eligibility for applicable insurance licensing in all 50 states, requiring an enhanced background check
      - Ability to obtain necessary insurance licenses within 90 days of start date
      - Strong communication and interpersonal skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
      - Experience in the insurance industry or working with workers' compensation solutions
      - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
      - Familiarity with CRM and sales tracking software
      - Active and current insurance license(s) at the time of hiring
