      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, Business, Finance, Statistics, Data Analytics, or related area
      - 2-3 years of experience in healthcare, particularly in payer contracting or healthcare analytics
      - Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
      - Strong data analysis, Excel, and presentation skills
      - Knowledge of healthcare regulations and reimbursement mechanisms
