      Payment Associate

      About the position:

      The position of AP Associate contributes to the overall efficient operations ofthe AP department and its high standards. The objective of the role is to provide high-quality services to markets by: timely processing high volumes of incoming invoices and query resolution, keeping high accuracy according to the existing Policies and Procedures.

      Main areas of responsibility:

      • Accurately process a high volume of payments in the SAP system as well as banking platforms in line with existing Company Policies and Procedures; meet KPIs and other targets.
      • Process high volumes of posting requests and ad hoc payment requests; meet KPIs and other targets
      • Review and respond to basic payment-related inquiries & requests in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner.
      • Understanding of the procedures and policies concerning the payments department, the department documentation, and JSOX controls;
      • Manage various tasks as they arise and upon the manager’s request.

      Requirements:

      • Less than 1 year of experience in finance-related roles (ideally in Shared Service Centers or departments like AP), preferably with exposure to payment processes

      • Higher education in Finance, Economics, or a related field preferred – but not mandatory if relevant experience is present

      • Fluent English (min. B2+) – both spoken and written; comfortable with daily international communication

      • Strong attention to detail and ability to work under time pressure and with high transaction volumes

      • Excellent communication and ownership mindset; proactive and responsible

      • Basic familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems is a plus

      • Experience working with banking platforms and international payments - nice to have
