What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Investigate daily exception cases timely, prioritizing by level of risk
- Participate in an on-call rotation schedule, outside regular business hours, to monitor risk
- Escalate unusual activity that may pose risk to the company and clients
- Develop, maintain, and update reports to capture fraud events and drive best practices
- Assist with compliance and risk management related projects

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, or related field or 2+ years of relevant experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications
- Ability to participate in an on-call rotation schedule, outside regular business hours
- Strong analytical and investigative skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
