What we are looking for : Payments Business Analyst
Experience Range: 5 - 7Years
Location: Pune
Must-Have:
Business Analyst, SEPA, ISO 20022 (PAIN, PACS, CAMT), SWIFT formatsGood to have:
· 5-7 years of relevant experience in Private banking and Wealth Management domain with hands-on working knowledge in the payments area.
· Good understanding of SEPA, ISO 20022 (PAIN, PACS, CAMT), SWIFT formats.
· Able to communicate with developers and understand technology language and terminology.
· To undertake business analyst roles covering SDLC phases using AGILE mythology of delivery.
· Strong problem-solving and analytics skills with Excellent communication and presentation skills
· Able to take ownership of issues and work independently using own initiative and making logical decisions.
· Elicits, analyses, specifies, and validates the business needs of stakeholders.
· Works with stakeholders and project team to prioritize collected requirements.
· Assists with the interpretation of customer requirements into feasible options and communicating these back to the business stakeholders.
· Manages and tracks the status of requirements throughout the project lifecycle; enforce and redefine, as necessary.
