      If you like to interact with client's business and technical resources to effectively oversee and project manage the delivery of treasury services/cash management products and solutions you have found the right team.

      As an Implementation Project Manager in JPMorgan Payments, you must be able to consult with clients to understand their technical and business needs throughout the implementations process, coordinate multi-disciplinary internal and client teams to deliver in an on-time, efficient manner. You will be responsible for managing complex implementations while also managing multiple requests and clients simultaneously. You must also ensure all approvals, sign-offs and client documentation are obtained, time-lines and responsibilities are communicated, and hand-off is smooth. Ultimately this role is responsible for ensuring client business requirements are understood and satisfied throughout the implementation of Treasury Service customer solutions and delivery against the Request For Proposal (RFP) agreements, while working closely with clients, Sales, Product, Operations, and Client Service.

      Job Responsibilities

      • Representing us as the project manager and single point-of-contact on your assigned global implementations
      • Delivering a first-class, end-to-end client experience during complex treasury product implementations
      • Manage client and internal partner expectations with consultative advice regarding aspects of treasury solutions including – RFP responses, client presentations and client visits
      • Scope client requests and translate business requirements into detailed specifications for treasury services
      • Use of MS Office tools to document scope, meeting agendas and minutes and project plans
      • Manage client and internal partner expectations by establishing timeliness and dependencies with the goal to exceed expectations.
      • Demonstrate creative problem-solving and heightened awareness of risks and client impacts as well as empowerment to escalate when support is needed to remove obstacles to success

      Required Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities

      • Minimum 5 years Treasury Services/Cash Management experience
      • Strong project management and problem solving skills
      • Strong business and technical writing skills
      • Excellent time management and client facing skills as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills
      • Ability to work independently and across multiple business lines, various levels of management and establish working relationships
      • Proficient in use of Microsoft productions (Excel, Word, Project, PowerPoint)
      • BA or BS degree
