- Front-end Planning & Scoping – Support opportunity identification as well as comprehensive campaign scoping and ROI/performance forecasting
- Measurement Strategy, Planning and Execution – Translate Marketing Briefs and Strategies into comprehensive measurement plans. Create Frameworks for measurement and Learning agendas that are deliberate and strategic to drive future planning, strategy and execution decisioning
- Creative Testing – Drive campaign creative development through data using test and learn capabilities (a/b testing, UX research) and established channel and asset best practices
- Performance Optimization – Measure campaigns with diagnostic metrics, benchmarks and feedback loops designed to rapidly improve performance and optimize spend; create and present integrated reporting reports that unify KPIs from multiple sources (agency data, web traffic, social, etc.) into “single source of truth”
- Reporting & Readouts – Lead Campaign analytics calls and reporting to ensure campaign teams, channel teams and media teams are properly equipped with learnings and optimization opportunities. Including QBRs, Bi-weekly pacing read outs, Mid-campaign reporting and post-mortem reporting. Must be comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders
- Impact Measurement - Quantify the impact of marketing initiatives, either in terms of perceptual lift or business outcomes; communicate findings and recommendations to marketers, channel owners and senior leadership
- Analytics Innovation & Thought Leadership – Follow industry trends and analytics best practices to identify opportunities to grow team’s capabilities and scope. Build new business-critical data capabilities like cookie deprecation roadmaps, attribution models, valuation of marketing touches (webinars, events, subscriptions, downloads, etc.), and tracking of cross-channel engagement.
- 5+ years of relevant work experience in cross-channel marketing analytics and campaign performance measurement/optimization;
- Bachelor’s degree is required, with business analytics, data science, econometrics, statistics or related fields
- Advanced knowledge and usage of Excel and PowerPoint (skills test will be administered)
- Demonstrated ability to analyze, interpret and translate metric performance into insights and recommendations
- Superior written, oral communication and presentation skills with experience communicating concisely and effectively with all levels of management and partners
- Excellent at solving unstructured problems independently
- Ability to collaborate across teams to build consensus and influence action
- Experience with survey and UX research and data analysis tools like SPSS or SAS is preferred and a definite plus
- Excellent at solving unstructured problems independently
- Highly organized and able to prioritize multiple tasks
- Intellectually curious and eager to learn new things with an eye towards innovation
