What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Process and review vendor payments accurately and efficiently
- Utilize technical skills to support team members and train new starters
- Contribute to the Clinical Development & Finance (CD&F) process
- Demonstrate sound judgment in daily decision-making
- Manage priorities effectively to meet deadlines

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proven ability to use all MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint
- Fluent in English and the host country language
- Bachelor’s Degree or international equivalent preferred
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a Clinical Research Organization (CRO) or pharmaceutical company with clinical or vendor payments
- Experience with clinical site or investigator payments

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience as a Grants Manager or in a Grants Planning role
- Previous experience in a diverse work environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with global health regulations and compliance
